This datapack and resource pack for 24w10a+ will add many of the LGBTQIA+ flags as banner designs. It needs both the resource and data pack enabled to work. The flags’ colours and designs were sourced from Wikipedia.

To get the banners, run /function #lgbt:get_all.

Or to get a specific banner, run /function lgbt:<banner name>.
