i noticed that there were some unused forms in the pikachu json.
i activated the pikachu form using a datapack, then added an edit of RedRibbonz pikachu model for this.
currently only non-shiny
i plan to use a remodeled eevee eventually.
BOTH datapack AND resource pack. 2 in 1 file.

i have decided not to add sounds (at least not a priority, might eventually.) (both because of licensing making it a separate download afaik, and the fact i'd have to make a new poser to make it do what i want.) this has anime sounds if you want, however it's not specific to any forms.
