Admin Info:
Removing the efficiency changes from previous versions does not automatically changes existing tools to the default vanilla values. I've added a function to make them reset. To activate it use this command:
/scoreboard players set $reset_effi enchantencore.technical 1
This will change the efficiency level of all items a player is holding to the vanilla max of 5 if it's higher than 5.
