Cluster Customization
The `xz_scale` is the scale of the noise. Lower values = larger scale. The two `location` fields specify on what part of the noise to generate islands. [0,0.2] -> [0.4,0.6] results in smaller/rarer clusters. On the scale of approximately -1 to 1.
