Changed pack format number from 15 to 18 for 1.20.2
Support for the new supported_formats field in pack.mcmeta.
This means that the pack will not require updates for every Minecraft version to avoid the unsupported pack warning. Updates will only be necessary if a problem shows up in future versions.
