Initial Release

• Changes all mentions of "Water" to "Baja Blast."
• Replaces all water, ice, and snow textures with Baja Blast-colored versions.
• Changes the Bell block to be Purple and make... odd noises.
• Cobblemon Compat changes all mentions of water to "Baja Blast." Including the type, held items, and moves.
• Over a dozen other extra pieces of content.
