Server-icon nameing/loading fix
- Fixed a bug when server icon wont automaticly renamed to "Server-icon2.png" - faling to load logo on server that was already using the plugin & also was not hiding icon on new servers.
- Added logs on load indicating server icon detection / automatic renaming.
