Changelog

Added mousewheel scroll functionality and ability to toggle on and off the zoom amount text on scroll.

Big thanks for @Fej1Dev for the scroll wheel functionality, @jh34ghu43gu for some cleanup and commentary, and @zihad (on discord) for preventing hotbar scrolling.
