Wider Stats Screen 0.1.2

Config loading improvements:
Mod will now only reload config when you open the Items section of the stats screen.
Fixed game crashing if the config file has empty lines
Mod will now automatically fix config files that are missing option(s).
(Currently there is only one option, but there may be more in the future.)
