[FEATURES] -Added JEI recipe for the electricity infused powder (Thunder)

[IMPROVEMENTS] -Upgraded of the lampfish model, texture and animations

[BUG FIXES] -The stonefish would cause poison infinitly, the problem: it needs to have 4 charges of poison. Now, it can cause poison 4 times to become finally "dry" -Upgraded the texture of the arrow fish -Corrected translation key for conductive powder

[KNOW ISSUE] -Stacked conductive powder getting electrified will replace the stack with 1 electrified conductive powder. Due to this issue, conductive powder now stack to maximum 1 powder each.
