Changelog
- Fixed when you try to disable a desolator it would do nothing and explode.
- Entities that are immune to radiation will no longer get the effect while a desolator explodes, having a radioactive item, or being around a radioactive block.
- They wouldn't take damage anyways, but now they will not recieve the effect either.
