Started hacking into vanilla hanging signs:
They will now be visually attached to fences, walls and such
Their rendering bounding box has also been increase fixing a vanilla bug where they would disappear when not looking at the support part (which is tiny)
They can also swing, obviously
Fixed ceiling banners having incorrect rotation
Fixed red merchant trades noe syncing correctly
