Mostly a small bugfix release that patches a server crash and a few other minor improvements

• Fixed crash with the Fabrication Chest
• Fixed Azure Dike not immediately recharging when relogging a world
• Azure Dike does not protect from some damage sources anymore (Starvation, Void)
• Fixed recipe conflict between Chiseled Blocks and Bricks
• Added Stonecutter recipes for Notched Blocks
• Added a Fusion Recipe for Gilded Blackstone
• Config option to show recipes in REI as "not yet unlocked" instead of hiding them completely
