Added snow particles when breaking with a sled. The harder you break the more you'll get
Fixed dogs appearing pulling a sled only when viewed by the player who leashed them to it
Fixed particles not working on servers and only being visible by the player riding the sled
The same goes for wolf running animation
Fixed wreaths not rendering correctly when moving very far away from the world spawn
Fixed wreaths visually disappearing when being unloaded
Made snow layer detection code more generic to account for some modded snow layer like blocks that dont extend the vanilla one
Glow light model can support translucency with resource packs
