The configuration update! This update will probably go through a lot of minor versions because I'm adding new configuration options as I think of them.

- Simple Armor Hud now has a
armorhud.propertiesfile in your config directory - Added
better_mount_hudanddouble_hotbarconfig options, as requested in #11 and #9. These will fix the issues users had when combining these mods with Simple Armor Hud
