- Major Fix: Beckons sometimes reseting evolution phases

- Devolution want killing all parasites, now if the parasites has a previously version it will spawn it
- Fix Stage IV Beckon still suffocating in ceilings

- Fix host using underground sounds when not underground
- Scents will now be deleted if the phase is below OneMind/Collective Consciousness phase (See new "CC Phase Locked" configuration option below to disable this fix)
- "Evolution Parasite Lock List" option not working
- Scents will now avoid being next to each other ("Scents now observe social distancing" -Modrome)
- Beckons will no longer spawn from residue until RS chance is above 0
- Parasites with a Scent Death Value below 3 should no longer create a scent
- By default, this should include all Ancient-tiers, Rupters, Buglins, etc.
- Adapted Arachnida step sounds not working
- Dispatcher crashes

- Living Weapons will now evolve into Sentient weapons by killing mobs
- Living/Sentient Lance will now apply Needler on hit
- Increased maximum phase number to 10
- Parasites will not drop xp if the phase is too high
- Parasites will only spawn naturally if the phase is too high
- Parasites will always spawn as a variant if the phase is too high
====================================Mobs:
- Changed Texture for Feral Human
- Changed Texture for Feral Sheep
- Small parasites (width <= 1 or height <= 1) will no longer spawn Beckons
- Changed running animation for Feral Human
- Changed running animation for Feral Villager
- Reduced melee cooldown for all Feral versions by ~1/3
- Added particle effects to all crude versions, same particles as feral versions
- Increased Scent spawning cooldown for the Heed from 20 to 50 seconds
Gnat stats rebalanced: - Health changed: 17 -> 5 - Armor changed: 10 -> 2 - No longer drops XP upon player kill
