The Water Cycle Update

• Added Smooth Prismarine, Smooth Pismarine Slabs, Chiseled Prismarine Bricks and the Prismarine Lantern
• Added the Moisture Detector: a redstone block with two states, where the first outputs a signal based on the weather, and the second outputs a signal based on the water level of the block above it
• Added Bladderwrack, which can dry up like coral and has a block counterpart. It generates in shallow waters in cold, regular and lukewarm oceans.
• Added various types of ocean rocks, including one for the Nether
