- Config option for minimum interval of timers and sequencers.
- NEI shouldn't show powered lamps and powered indicator lamps.
- Lamps have halos, except for indicator lamps, because they look stupid in the dark.
- Right-click a lamp with a dye to recolour it. The dye is not used up.
