Changes:

- Added a config option for blacklisting tools from Tool Info Tooltips

- Added a config option to disable fake players being able to use watering cans

- Broken tools now show a status message when used

- Watering cans are now throttled for twice as long for fake players

- Optimized recipe matching logic for Crafting Grid Repair

- Fixed broken axes being able to strip logs
