Release 5.2.1 for MC 1.16.4+

Changes:

- Added Reinforced Watering Can (7x7 aoe + additional growth speed)

- Added wood stripping functionality to the Paxels

- Made the Tool Breaking/Uselessifier tweaks not apply in creative mode

- Change the Tool Info Tooltip for bows with the Infinity enchant:

- the ammo count gets hidden

- instead, the 'Infinity' text becomes red or green depending on if you have any ammo or not

- Fixed the Night Vision Goggles model not rotating with the players head
