Release 2.1.0 for MC 1.12.2

Changes:

Added Colored Cobblestone
Added Dark Glass
Improved the magnet (subjectively)
- You can now right click the magnet item in your inventory to toggle it on/off
- It now ticks on item update instead of player tick
- Items thrown by the magnet holder will not instantly be sucked back anymore
- Items with the PreventRemoteMovement tag will not be sucked, so it should work with some conveyor belts
The tool breaking tweak will no longer work on tools with one use
Tool info tooltips should show up in more scenarios now
Fixed the flint drop tweak not being disabled by it's config option
