Changes:

Added an "override mode" config to crafting grid tool repairing
- Enabling this makes it so any tools you have custom materials for are overridden entirely by the custom materials
Added a "disable default repair materials" config to crafting grid tool repairing
- Enabling this makes it so ALL default (ones that work in an anvil) repair materials are disabled
Broken tools/weapons will now deal .5 hearts of damage instead of 0
The info tooltips will no longer make an empty nbt tag when looked at darkoTag
