Changes:

Added Glowstone Ingot, Amber, Topaz, Malachite, Tanzanite, and Ender Amethyst crops
The Growth Accelerator now works on all IGrowables and IPlantables
Mystical Fertilizer Changes:
- It now works on all bonemeal-able BlockCrops
- If it's an IGrowable that isn't a BlockCrops it acts like normal bonemeal
Added essence recipes for Flint, Mycelium, Potato, Poisonous Potato, Carrot, Beetroot, Red & Brown Mushroom
Fixed some essence recipes not having configs
