Version 1.6.1

A lot of fixes to offhand refilling and refilling in general. e.g.:
- Fixed totems not getting refilled from the offhand
- Fixed desync when refilling items from the inventory
Fix sorting taking stacks from armor slots
- That was also the reason for a couple of sorting glitches
Remove obsolete scroll factor setting in favor of an invert option
Add German translations for config descriptions
