Reworked the sort menu into the filter menu

• This now functions as a series of filters
• More advanced sorting is now possible

Changed lore text color

• The lore text is a combination of a dark gray color and the color of the location

Fixed some stats showing as having level 1 when they don't actually have a level

• Ex: Persistence (useful enchant) and Curse of Corruption

Fixed a formatting mistake where a ':' would be shown after a region if the item did not have a tier
