Methane 1.5

This update brings some long-awaited changes to Methane, with some of them being:

• Mod Toggling, now you can disable Methane while in-game.
• Small bug fixes.
• Better code quality.

I haven't tested any other mods apart from sodium yet, but a good majority of mods should still work.
