[1.16.3] Mapper Base 2.2.0.0 • Compatibility Update

Important: Forge 34.1.34 or newer is now required.

This build supports newer versions of Forge, which is needed for my other mods. It also adds more compatibility with other mods.

updated to Forge 34.1.34.
features (for world generation) are now registered, avoiding breaking other mods in some specific cases.
reworked world generation code to support my other mods.
