-Added LE Crafting Interface, working obviously like in LE, but with other tab pages accessed when holding shift and clicking right or left keys, without the side tabs for now
-Added Crafting Tab Listing Manager, you can now add/modify the crafting recipe categories and groups displayed in the Crafting Interface (use as example the resources from the mod)
-Added Stonecutter LE style GUI
-Added Stone Cutting Group Manager, you can now add/modify the stonecutting recipe groups displayed in the Stonecutter GUI
-Improved Merchant Screen, it's now more similar to Stonecutter and Crafting interfaces, with cyclical arrow navigation, click sounds and automatic trading
