migrate Config file loading/saving to new Path system, and allow having Unicode recipe, and villager data files; such as with Chinese characters.

fix: Recipe Book Matching for Shaped versus Shapeless recipe's based on their actual Recipe Types.
fix: ignore recipe Categories while checking Client Recipe Book; because of Mojang problems (Not our problem).
