FSMM - Fex's Small Money Mod

Initial release on Modrinth.

• fixed a bank related nullpointer (probably)
• default bank id in config is now "default"
• banks now hold an actual account that can be interacted with like an account rather than a balance value
• added fsmm sub command interface
