Updating Thermoo...

This update makes Frostiful compatible with Thermoo 2.0.0, which brings many backend updates, including moving many of the environment configs from Thermoo back to Frostiful.

• Added a config option to disable heavy entity snow packing
• Added a new way to spawn freezing wind that is (hopefully) more performant on servers
• Added translations for Chinese (by fforepretty #42)
• Fixed: Sitting near a heat source stops the heating effect (#47)
