Add a Summary UI as an attempt to make the applied changes more apperent

Improve config menu dragging (before draging would just spam click now it will only click when switching elements)

Return of the bean, kindof

Config UI fixes:

• Incorrectly displaying permissions for setting server settings

• Incorrectly dispaying permissions when forgery/fabrication is mismatched client/server side

• Incorrectly listing #failed serverside

Fix dropped items dont stack, causing void issues with some mods (possibly more it was done in a jank way)
