Release 3.1.6 for MC 1.16.4+

Changes:

- Auto Crafting Tables now show a ghost of the output item

- Ingredients are now optional for singularities

- Energy bars now show the max energy capacity

- Numbers in tooltips are now formatted

- Fixed the Crafting Core pedestal count not accounting for all pedestals in range

- Fixed the Ender Crafter JEI category not showing non-square shaped recipes properly

- Fixed the Ender Crafter JEI category showing time required as 'ticks' instead of 'seconds'
