Extended Crafting

Release 3.1.5 for MC 1.16.4+

Changes:

- Re-added the ability for Basic Crafting Tables to craft vanilla crafting recipes

- Added the ability for Basic Auto Crafting Tables to auto craft vanilla crafting recipes

- Singularity types are now synced from server -> client when joining a world

- Fixed machine GUIs not properly reflecting progress/energy information on servers

- Fixed all blocks not having proper harvest tools set

- Fixed Ender Crafting recipes not outputting the correct amount of items if there is already an item in the output slot

- Fixed the Ultimate Singularity recipe not displaying properly on servers
