Backport a years worth of changes (plus)

• Bags and Pouches are now stackable
• Use an additional notification method on inventory change, not all watchers picked up on the first one
• Fixed Bags not making a sound for using player on a server
• Fixed some dyes being consumed when dying the bands to the same color
