Some adjustments to Macaw's Doors support.
Optimized Dramatic Doors fuel code to automatically register tall wooden doors as furnace fuel. As usual, non-flammable woods are excluded.
Fixed compats for Colourful Azaleas.
Added a new tag to allow a select non-wooden doors to be opened by mobs. May be rather wonky.
Some tag fixes.
