- Fixed the combat swap key not working on servers
- Fixed checking if the off hand was already holding a shield in case it was not a vanilla shield
- Added the ability to remember and restore three different sets of hotbars. By default assigned to numpad 7 through 9. Use ctrl key in combation with that key to remember the current hotbar+offhand
