Added new config options:

• fertilityGrowthModifier - changes grow speed depending on groung fertility
• soilDegradationChance - soil degradation chance, was 50%, now 10% by defaul
• onlyGoodEffects - if true, soil with low fertility doesn't reduces vanilla grown speed
• acidityEffects - acidity effects, see more in the config file
