A lot of things again :)

• Added Thermal Expansion compatibility

• Tooltip window adjusts itself (no texture files needed ==> mod-zip got a lot smaller)

• Improved Packet-System

• Other modders should now be able to send data to the Packet-Channel (if any mod gets updated, this is pretty cool, as modders have something like an "API" to work with)

• Added a few more infos (e.g. Redstone Signal Strength)
