Changes
- Added notification and world reloading on Bedrodium toggling.
- Added localization support. (And Russian language)
- Added nether roof culling.
- Render roof/floor when camera is above/below it.
- Server acknowledgment. (Sends info about this mod to the server, since some servers may consider this a cheat, even with rendering the bedrock)
