- All-seeing eye has been completely redesigned. To activate it, you must now hold it in your hand and blaze powder in your left hand. The glow effect will then be applied to all creatures, including the player. A darkness effect will also be applied to the player.
- A small optimization of the mod, implemented with the "non_infectious_blocks" tag. This tag contains a list of blocks that are not affected by the virus.
