Removed sheep armor entirely.
Removed config entirely, as all values can be changed through datapacks.
All texture fields have been moved to the "assets" field.
It is now necessary to add the ".png" file extension to the texture paths in the sheep variant file.
The "color" field in the wool color weighted list is now labeled as "data".
