Packages is not a storage solution, it is your storage problem. Only 8 stacks of items fit in a single package, there's no upgrades, and it's not configurable. But Packages stack even when they contain items, and you can nest them, so you can actually store millions of items in a single slot!
Apart from the inventory characteristics, Packages behave almost exactly like a shulker box, except Packages are dirt-cheap. Measure with a comparator, crush with a piston, and dispense with a dispenser. Shulker box loaders and unloaders work great on Packages.
- Build Packages out of any combination of blocks you like.
- Smart insertion and extraction scans your entire inventory. No need to use an empty hand.
- Hold CTRL and completely fill or empty a Package with one click.
- Insert and remove items from Packages in your inventory just like a Bundle! (This is so much fun)
- Make a package "sticky" by putting it next to a Slime or Honey Block.
I can't wait to see what godawful, cursed storage solutions you come up with.

Note to Fabric Sodium users
You may need to install Indium, otherwise the Package and Package Crafter models will not appear properly. The mod will still work and it probably won't crash, but it will be very ugly.Careful: I've been told this mod is really addictive.
Kat came up with the Package Crafter model, unascribed came up with the idea for bundle interactions.
