Patch Notes:

• Added support for 1.21.10.
• Fixed not being able to set positions 1 and 2.
• Fixed outline not showing when 2 positions were selected.
• Fixed block outline not showing when looking at a block within range when holding the wand.
• Outline is now enabled by default and can be toggled on or off.
• Reduced the number of particles the outlines would show.
• Added a "No valid position found.".
• Improved code efficiency when selecting positions (less lag).

Important Note:

• 1.21.9 may or may not have broken custom advancements since the this patch does not work in 1.21.9, but does work in 1.21.10. This is not confirmed, but this came out of my personal tests.
