Nether Star Skate change from increase velocity when skating forward, to increase power of every launch. Nether Star Skate change from scale healing amount to scale launch power. Healing now Fix heal 2 health point.

Nether Star Sword on-hit now added Speed effect. Nether Star Sword change from scale healing amount to scale Speed effect. Healing now Fic heal 2 health point.
