Update to recent version snapshot 24w19a and b.

Changes and balancing

• Lava Walker: The maximum level has now been changed from 2 to 4.
• Builder Arms: The distance range for each level above first has been increased from 1 to 1.5.
• Armored: Damaga reduction has been increased from 5 to 8.
• Accuracy shot: Can now be applied to crossbows.
• Explosive Arrows:
  • Can now inflict damage to the player.
  • Can now applied to crossbows.
  • The explosion power has been increased from 1.5 to 2.5.
  • The explosion power for each level above first has been decreased from 2.5 to 2

Removed Enchantments

• Area Arrows: Removed from the game, and merged with the Explosive Arrows enchantment.
