🚀 New Features

• Added snowy owls.

🔧 Improvements

• Increased the animation distance to 200 to prevent players from seeing owls floating without swinging their wings.
• Added a mobcap for the Owls to improve performance. (15 max. Will sometimes go over on worlds with pre-existing owls.)

💻 Technical

• Reorganized the textures and models folder.
• Removed unnecessary files.
• Changed the owl's texture file to be neater. (THIS TOOK TOO LONG, I HATE YOU NOX 😀)
