🪴 Botanical Pots 1.3

The fourth-ever release brings quite some new plants, a few changes, and crucial bug fixes.

First of all, it's now possible to grow all of one-block-tall flowers in pots. With the exception of Wither Roses and Torchflowers. A simple pot just isn't enough to cope with ancient power! 🏺

As for QOL change, all plants that grow from a sapling (including fungi and even bamboo) now have a chance of 2% to drop an additional sapling of the corresponding type.

Most importantly, botanical pots now properly load on newer versions.
