Pale Garden Overhaul

• New Pale Oak tree variants; thin and willow!
• Snowy variant of Pale Garden when generated at a high enough y level (approximately y140)
• Oak tree in a new shape can now be found in pale gardens
• Improved vegetation with flowers, boulders, and stone
• Improved sky, fog, grass, and foliage colors to better fit with connecting overworld biomes

Other Changes

• Improved biome sky colors
  • Most frozen biomes now share the same sky/fog colors
  • Jungle/Rainforest sky color is now more a saturated, light blue
• Made Dark Oak trees in dark oak forests 2 blocks shorter
